Ray is a Managing Member of ETFidea, LLC.

Alongside his role as one of the founding partners of ETFidea, LLC, Ray is the founding member of Grimaldi & Nelkin CPAs, P.L.L.C., which traces its roots back to 1970. He is a Registered Representative associated with Cadaret, Grant & Co, Inc, an NASD member firm, and a Managing Member of Diversified Capital Management, LLC, a portfolio management company. Previously, Ray worked within an international accounting firm and then was a partner in a local accounting firm. He has also been an adjunct professor in accounting at a local community college and a frequent guest speaker on tax and financial matters to various professional and civic groups. Mr. Grimaldi services a diverse client base of private and closely held businesses, wealthy families, entrepreneurs, professionals and executives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a licensed CPA in New York State.

Ray's areas of practice include estate and retirement planning, asset management, insurance planning, financial planning and business advisory services.
